GamCare Trade Services Ltd, (GTS Ltd) is a company wholly owned by the charity GamCare.
GamCare takes a non-judgemental approach on gambling. We do not wish to restrict the choices or opportunities for anyone to operate or engage in gambling that available legally and operated responsibly. GamCare has become the leading authority on the provision of information, advice and practical help in addressing the social impact of gambling. We strive to develop strategies that:
> Improve the understanding of the social impact of gambling
> Promote a responsible approach to gambling
> Address the needs of those adversely affected by a gambling dependency

Andrew Poole, Managing Director
Responsible for management of GTS Ltd and lead responsibility for consultancy, training and audit work with the remote gaming industry. For over five years Andrew has led on a number of projects at GamCare, including education and more recently internet treatment services for which he also retains strategic control.

Teresa Tunstall, Head of Business Development
Lead responsibility for work with the terrestrial industry. Teresa's previous work in the casino industry has given her an insight into both sides of gambling. She has been with GamCare for more than six years and has developed a wealth of understanding and experience incorporating problem gambling issues with new regulatory requirements in the delivery of training.

Amy Webster, Training Manager
Lead responsibility for the development and delivery of GamCare training, both clinical and industry. In 2006 Amy joined GamCare from Australia where she had been working as a face-to-face and telephone counsellor, manager and trainer in the area of problem gambling for over eight years. Amy has presented at several conferences and forums, including the National Association for Gambling Studies conference.
